Please note the update to our rules for Spring 2024 to align with ECNL Regional League rules allowing no more than 2 U-15 trapped 8th graders to participate in U-14 matches.

U-15 ECNL players are not eligible for U-14 ECNL Regional League matches.

VPSL manages both ECNL Regional League - Virginia and US Club NPL programming.
