VPSL NPL South Rain Out Procedures

Rainouts starts with DOC to DOC, once sorted, then Team to Team notification.

Please keep in mind that more communication during these situations is better than less

• NPL: Communication is TEAM TO TEAM. To see contact information for your opponent, you will need to click on the team’s schedule, then opponent, then "view team contact information" under the ranking, coach, and manager information in gotsport. We would like everyone to take into consideration where the opponent is traveling from and do your best to communicate this information prior to them leaving their hometown whenever possible. We would prefer that a call is made if the matter is urgent, then that is a text message, and then email. If you are canceling well in advance, please be sure to copy the league (email here) when you notify the team via email and ask for a response to ensure everyone is getting the right information. 

Rescheduling a game due to weather

• NPL games that get canceled due to weather - the league director needs to be notified via email with the game number and then the league will be responsible for rescheduling this game

VPSL manages both ECNL Regional League - Virginia and US Club NPL programming.
